Welcome to GLIT, a mobile photo editing application for iOS and Android developed by Nobu Labs di Riccardo Porcu (“Nobu Labs”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Please read these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Terms” or “EULA”) carefully before using the app. By downloading, installing, or using GLIT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the app immediately.
These Terms apply to all users of GLIT worldwide. By accepting these Terms, you agree that they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nobu Labs di Riccardo Porcu.
GLIT is licensed, not sold, to you by Nobu Labs. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use GLIT on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable platform usage rules, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Where applicable, the Licensed Application may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser through Apple Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app or any part of it. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the app. You may not distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer GLIT or its content to any third party. You may not circumvent security or technical protections. You may not use the app for any illegal, unauthorized, or unlawful purpose.
All proprietary code, algorithms, functionality, designs, trademarks, images, filters, user interface elements, and content in GLIT are owned by Nobu Labs di Riccardo Porcu or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
GLIT is a freemium application. All editing tools, filters, and effects available within the app are free to use.

Importing photos from outside the app (e.g., from your device gallery) requires either:
Each imported photo consumes one import credit.
GLIT offers optional in-app subscriptions called “GLIT Pro”, available in weekly and yearly plans.
Benefits:
Unlimited photo imports while the subscription is active.
Auto-Renewal:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple App Store and/or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
Cancellation:
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. If canceled, subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
Expiration:
When your subscription expires, you will no longer be able to import new photos unless you renew your subscription or purchase import credits. Previously imported photos and projects remain accessible.
Refunds:
Refunds are handled by Apple App Store and/or Google Play in accordance with their respective policies and applicable law. Except where required by law or platform policy, purchases are non-refundable.
Users may purchase import credits via one-time in-app purchases.
Nature of Credits:
Non-Transferability and Device Limitation:
Import credits are tied to the app installation and are not associated with a user account. Due to GLIT's privacy-first design, no account system is used.
Loss of Credits:
If you uninstall the app, clear app data, change device, or otherwise lose access to the app installation, all unused import credits may be permanently lost.
Refunds:
Import credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store and/or Google Play, depending on your device. You must comply with their respective terms and conditions. We do not collect or store your payment details.
Updates: we may periodically release updates to GLIT. You agree that updates may be automatically installed where permitted by your device settings.
Internet Connection: an internet connection may be required for certain features, including analytics, subscriptions verification, or content delivery. You are responsible for any data or carrier charges incurred through use of the app.
App Changes: Nobu Labs may modify, suspend, or discontinue GLIT or any feature at any time, with or without notice.
Termination: we may terminate or suspend your access to GLIT if you violate these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Upon termination, your license to use GLIT ends immediately.
GLIT is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nobu Labs disclaims all warranties relating to GLIT. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the app, if any, in accordance with applicable platform policies. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to GLIT, and any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Nobu Labs' sole responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nobu Labs di Riccardo Porcu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, device failure, or interruption of business arising from or related to the use of GLIT. In all cases, Nobu Labs' total cumulative liability arising out of or related to GLIT shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the app or related purchases during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount permitted under applicable law. You acknowledge that GLIT may contain bugs, errors, or defects and that no guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
GLIT and all associated software, designs, graphics, text, filters, trademarks, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or otherwise interfere with GLIT or any part thereof except as expressly permitted by law. Such actions constitute a violation of these Terms and will be treated as a breach of intellectual property law. Nobu Labs di Riccardo Porcu reserves the right to pursue legal action, including civil and criminal remedies, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You acknowledge that Nobu Labs, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to GLIT or your possession and use of GLIT, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) claims that GLIT fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirements; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
Nobu Labs is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for GLIT as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for GLIT.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country; (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and (iii) you will comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.
You must comply with all applicable third-party agreements when using GLIT, including the terms of your mobile carrier, device manufacturer, Apple App Store and/or Google Play.
If you downloaded GLIT from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that: (i) this EULA is concluded between you and Nobu Labs only, and not with Apple Inc.; (ii) Apple is not responsible for GLIT or its content; (iii) Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce these Terms against you; and (iv) your use of GLIT must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted within the app or on our website. Your continued use of GLIT after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
